Use this form if you want your IELTS score(s) to be remarked. Please note that the remark process usually takes 6 weeks and there will be 5,100 Baht fee.
Extra Copy Request Form
Use this form if you want IDP to issue extra copy(s) of your IELTS Test Report Form (TRF). However, the extra copy(s) must be sent directly from IDP to academic institutions/government agencies/professional bodies only.
IELTS Cancel Postpone Letter
Use this form if you want to cancel or postpone the test. Please note that postponement and cancellation must be done at least 10 working days before the test day. In case of cancellation, you will need to complete the IELTS Refund Form as well.
IELTS Refund Form
Use this form together with the IELTS Cancellation/Postponement Form, if you want to cancel the test.
Letter of Authorization
Use this form if you want someone else to collect your TRF for you. A signed copy of your proof of identity must be attached. Please ensure that all signatures are the same as signed on the test day.
