Registration can be made either in person or by post. Test Fee is 5,900 Baht for the test in Bangkok or Chiang Mai and 6,500 Baht for the test in Khon Kaen or Hat Yai.
To register, you will need the following:

2 American Visa size photos. Please check photo guidelines for your reference. The photos must be identical and taken within 6 months.

To register in person, you can obtain the application form and registration guide from IDP office. Original ID or passport is required. Payment can be made by cash or credit card (Visa/Master).

To register by post, please follow these 3 simple steps:
Step 1 Prepare the above 4 documents (except original ID or passport).
Make sure that you have signed on the Application Form, Registration Guide and a copy of your ID/ passport
All signatures must be the same (as shown on your passport if you use passport as proof of identity)
Step 2 send the documents by EMS (Express Mail Service) to:

We will call/ email upon the receipt of all your documents above and that you can transfer the test fee (please do NOT transfer the fee before getting the confirmation from us).

Then you must fax the pay-in receipt, with your full name, test date and phone number to our office (Fax number: 02 231 0139)
For payment from overseas, we will email the payment instruction (Western Union) once we receive your completed documents.
